Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Condition: All items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened beauty products, cosmetics, or personal care items. This also includes any metaphysical items that have been used, such as candles that have been lit or herbs that have been burned.
